Jesse Chan-Norris is the co-founder of Indaba Music, trustee of the New York chapter of the Awesome Foundation and CTO of the Institute on Higher Awesome Studies. His eclectic career also includes stints as a theatrical lighting designer and management consultant. He enjoys taking photographs and riding his bike around NYC.
Cory co-founded the hyperlocal news site outside.in in 2006 and runs the monthly Ruby Happy Hour in New York. Before that he attended the Interactive Telecommunications Program at NYU and worked on technology-meets-culture projects like the Popularity Dialer and Twitter Vote Report. He lives in Brooklyn with two roommates and two crazy dogs.
Bryan Helmkamp is a Rails software engineer in New York. During his three years of professional Ruby/Rails programming he has been continually active in the community by helping organizing events like Rails Day 2007 and the annual Gotham Ruby Conference (GORUCO).
Francis Hwang is a writer and software engineer. An active member of the Ruby community, he was the founder of NYC.rb, founding organizer of GoRuCo, and a four-time RubyConf speaker. He is currently enjoying his Brooklyn-based consulting lifestyle.

Stephen Schor is currently a software engineer at Eastmedia where he writes Ruby. He enjoys writing gems with names, like "white_castle", and is closing in on his dream of a command line ascii-art interface with Flickr.
